Fetid have themselves an unbelievably killer demo here. It's death metal that sounds like something ugly and horrible is gnawing on a rotten corpse. Looking forward to more from these guys.
Favorite track: Coalescing Decay.
Rotting decrepit Death Metal from Seattle, Fetid have quickly made a name for themselves. Lo-Fi disgusting riffs comprise this strong demo displaying a veteran sound akin to the pioneers of the genre while still maintaining a unique identity.

Such an intense and satisfying split release featuring two staples of the US Death Metal scene. Perhaps my favourite Vastum and Spectral Voice songs put to record.
The Vastum track is a hell of a fun ride with particularly sickening vocals and the Spectral Voice one is faster than their standard output...for the most part.
Glorious! I only wish it were longer. Neil Grace

This is the best death-doom I've ever heard. You have to go back to early Incantation to find anything close to the level of execution achieved here. The musical arrangements are deeply complex and layered, which means you discover something new with each listen. I think there's something about the variety of tempos and experimentation with different types of composition that make it supersatisfying. And it's a headbanger. eManRenaissanc
